We need your pet/vet stories

If you would like to participate, please provide your story containing the following information:

The symptoms your pet was experiencing
The Veterinary Clinic or Veterinarian who examined your pet
The vets diagnosis (what was determined to be the problem)
Treatments (shots, medications, surgery, etc.) your pet received
How your pet responded to treatments
How long it took your pet to recover
How your pet is doing today
If possible a picture of you with your pet (attached to the email)
